Yes. Our services are "White-Glove" ... 99% Done-For-You (DFY). We offer an Onboarding Session to discuss how you'd like to customize your experience. Onboarding includes a one-on-one call with screen-share or a face-to-face visit at your location. We help you "hit the ground running" from day one.
DO YOU LOCK MEMBERS INTO CONTRACTS?
No. We want you to stay because you love us, not because you’re locked into a contract. We believe you'll see the value from using our services so you'll continue using your membership. We’re here to help you succeed, not tie you down.
CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP ANYTIME?
Yes, but ideally, we believe you won't want to because being a Club Member and using our services actually makes you money.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
Simply let us know at least 10 days prior to your next billing date and you won't be billed for the next term. The "Cancellation Form" for you to fill out is located in the "Members Only" Section on our website.
IF I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP CAN I GET MY INFO BACK?
There are no restrictions on exporting your contacts.

IS MY MEMBERSHIP PAYMENT BILLED IN ADVANCE?
Yes. We process payment on your credit card prior to the month (or term) of your Membership service.
No, since we bill you at the beginning of your month (or term) of service, there are no refunds for a partial month of service. If you need to cancel your Membership Subscription, see the "How Do I Cancel" question.
IS MY CREDIT CARD PAYMENT INFORMATION SAFE?
Yes. We use "SQUARE" as our payment processor. They invest heavily in security technology and build it into every aspect of their payments platform. You can read all about it HERE.
